Located in the small Istrian village of Betiga, Villa Kalista Istriana offers ideal conditions for an unforgettable vacation. Built in 2018 as part of a row of houses, it is registered for a maximum of 10 people and contains 10 beds in 4 bedrooms.
The villa stands out with its spacious private outdoor area (530 m2), dominated by a private pool measuring 10m x 4m, with an additional shallow area for sunbathing and a waterfall.
Next to the pool, you will be enchanted by the covered pergola, covered terrace with a jacuzzi, and covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue and dining table. All together, approximately 100 m2 of outdoor space is covered, protected from wind and prying eyes, where you can relax and enjoy the shade during hot sunny days.
Guests also have access to 4 bicycles in a separate garage, a private garage for 1 vehicle, and private parking for 2 vehicles. All parking spaces are under video surveillance. The garage also has an outlet for charging electric vehicles.
The outdoor area of the villa is completely fenced, and the garden is landscaped with over 150 Mediterranean plants. For sunbathing, there are 2 pool loungers, 4 separate loungers, and one double lounger available. Additionally, there are two umbrellas, an outdoor shower (hot and cold water), and an outdoor toilet.
Inside the villa, there is a modernly furnished interior, providing everything you need for a comfortable vacation. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the windows are protected by mosquito nets. Private internet provides speeds of up to 50 Mbit/sec, allowing uninterrupted surfing.
For additional entertainment, guests have access to a PlayStation 4, darts, and a poker set.
For any additional information and assistance with device usage, guests have written instructions available, as well as a contact phone number for the person responsible for the house.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen utensils for preparing delicious meals during your vacation. It includes a refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, electric grill, coffee maker (filter and capsules), food processor, ice maker, and egg cooker. The kitchen also has a dining area with a large table for 10 people and a TV.
Outdoor kitchen:
It consists of a large table for 10 people and a built-in gas or wood barbecue. The outdoor kitchen is covered and completely shaded.
Living room:
The living room provides a comfortable space for guests to relax and entertain, equipped with a range of amenities for a pleasant stay. A Smart TV (105 cm), connected to the internet, allows access to various online content. In addition, a satellite dish enables reception of satellite programs. Video game enthusiasts can use the PlayStation 4, which comes with 8 popular games. A spacious corner sofa allows for relaxed TV viewing or gaming on the PS/4 console. Guests also have access to a portable stereo system for listening to the radio or their favorite playlist from a smartphone (via Bluetooth). The living room also features an electronic dartboard.
Bedrooms:
Villa Kalista Istriana offers a total of four spacious bedrooms, providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The mattresses are of high quality (multi-zone) to ensure a restful sleep. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, hand soap, and a hairdryer.
On the ground floor, next to the living room, there is an en-suite bedroom with a large double bed (210 x 160), air conditioning, TV, and a spacious bathroom (shower cabin, toilet, sink).
Adjacent to the dining area, there is a bedroom with a large double bed (210 cm x 180 cm) and air conditioning. This room uses the bathroom located in the hallway near the entrance to the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, and sink.
Upstairs, there is an en-suite family room with a large double bed (210 cm x 180 cm) and an additional bed measuring 210 x 80, suitable if a child wants to sleep in the same room as the parents. A crib (100 cm x 50 cm) can also be provided next to the double bed for the youngest guests. The room is equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV connected to the internet. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink.
Also, upstairs, there is an en-suite youth bedroom with a bunk bed (2 x 210 cm x 90 cm) and a separate single bed measuring 210 cm x 90 cm. The room has air conditioning but no TV. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet, bidet, and sink.
A laundry room is accessible from the outdoor terrace and contains a washing machine, sink, and toilet.
Villa location:
Villa Kalista Istriana is located in the small village of Betiga above Barbariga, 30 km from Pula. This area of Istria is considered the second sunniest place in Croatia (after the island of Hvar). The villa faces south and is protected from northern winds, providing pleasant temperatures throughout the year. The nearest beach is 700 m away. There are organized gravel beaches with showers and sports facilities, as well as many natural rocky beaches along the coast lined with pine trees. Within 500m of the villa, shops and restaurants can be found. The nearest supermarket is in the village of Fažana (approximately 10 km away). Fažana also has a gas station, pharmacy, medical clinic, post office, auto mechanic, sports facilities, and more. From Fažana, you can visit the Brijuni National Park by boat.
The nearest city is Pula, which is 30 km away (approximately 30 minutes by car). Pula has an international airport, railway and bus station, hospital, dental clinic, police station, and all other services typical of a city. The main attraction is the Arena amphitheater and many other monuments from the Roman era.
The surrounding area also offers numerous sports and entertainment activities (quad biking, zip-lining, adventure park, karting, tennis, aqua gun, naturist beaches, etc.).
